Throughout our tuning file development, we aim to record numerous channels. This includes ECU requests and real outcomes. Deviations between requested and actual values expose issues, serving as valuable modification tests and engine vulnerability checks.

Stage 1 Tuning Explained:

For moderate changes, choose Stage 1 ECU remap. Tailored for stock hardware, all calibrations are 4WD dyno-tested, meticulously data-logged, and fine-tuned.

We customize torque output to match your transmission type, respecting safety limits and anti-jerk function. Unnecessary factory constraints are removed, enhancing performance and responsiveness. These changes are calibrated to your vehicles reccomended fueling for optimal performance and longevity.

Stage 2 Tuning Details:

Stage 2 tuning suits engines with intake and exhaust modifications, elevating performance. Hardware changes augment sound, while software adjustments harness added aftermarket part's potential for extra power and torque.

Petrol and diesel options include intercoolers, downpipes, exhausts, and intakes.

(Diesel setups may include DPF removal.)

Unleashing Maximum Power with Stage 3:

Stage 3 tuning unlocks peak power, removing ECU limitations and upgrading components for endurance and performance. Personalized configurations integrate aftermarket parts.

For Stage 3 success, comprehensive data logs are vital. Our inspection and guidance is essential to prevent engine damage.

- Petrol variants might involve changes such as bigger turbo, intercooler, downpipe, race cats, fuel pump, injectors, intake and more.

- Diesel enhancements might include a bigger turbo, intercooler, downpipe, fuel pump, injectors, and more.

In comparison to conventional roller dynamometers, our hub dyno prevents:

- Frictional drag forces due to tyre to roller contact area

- Downward restraining force variations due to differences in ratchet strap hook ups

Thus providing accurate results for your tuning needs.

Your vehicle is now up to our standard! Here we discuss your chosen Tuning Pathway, with our tuning packages ranging from Stage 1-3 and supporting modifications! (More information can be found in 'Our Tuning Packages)

Your vehicle is now safe in our hands! Once you have chosen your option! We begin our calibration on your vehicle's ECU & TCU (if applicable)! With Dyno, Datalogging all parameters of your Vehicle!
